Pertama x kesini biasa di hotel batam nginap kalo tidak ada uang Cash 100 ribu buat deposit biasa ktp di tahan atau stnk atau surat berharga lain nya kebetulan saya tidak ada uang Cash saya info tarok stnk motor saja di sini besok chek out Jam 10 pagi saya ambil lagi tapi reception cowok yg shift malam nya pada 6 september tidak mengizinkan wajib Cash deposit 100 ribu sangat tidak membantu Next tidak adakan datang ke hotel ini lagi not recommended Terima kasih

This feels like a budget hotel. For the price it's not worth it. WiFi is weak, room service timing is irregular, room looks old. Location is walkable to nagoya hills and few pubs, but it's not very near as well. Nothing nice to eat around here. I think this place is only worth staying if it's below 20SGD/night or if all other hotels are booked.

Overall the premise is on average. A few things that I think can be improve: Unpleasant Smoking Smell: Unfortunately, the entire premise, including the room, was filled with a strong smoking odor. This was quite disappointing as I expected the fresh and clean scent that is typical of most hotels. Even after some time, the smell did not subside, which affected the overall experience. Bed Sheet Cleanliness: The bed sheets were not as clean as expected, which further added to the discomfort. Cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any hotel stay, and this fell below the standard
